[Acceptance status of CCB's special housing rental plan is updated to "Feedback"] May 10pokershortdeck, the Shanghai Stock Exchange released the latest information, showing that the acceptance status of the CCB Housing Leasing Fund's Special Real Estate Asset Support Plan (hereinafter referred to as the Special Plan) has been updated to the "feedback" stage.

The special plan consists of three limited partnerships, namely CCB Housing Leasing Fund (Limited Partnership), Jianrong Anju (Beijing) Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) and Jianwan (Beijing) Housing Leasing Investment Fund (Limited Partnership).

The total amount of asset-backed securities (ABS) issued reached 964 million yuan, and CICC was selected as the underwriter of this bond issuance. It is reported that the acceptance date of this special plan is March 30, 2024.
