Dazheng Capital is considering introducing new investors for Ruixing Coffee. After the accounting scandal at Ruixing CoffeewildslotsDazheng Capital became the controlling shareholder of the company in January 2022.

People familiar with the matter said that Dazheng Capital is testing investors 'interest in extending funds. They said the discussions are still in the preliminary stage and Dazheng Capital may also decide not to take any action.

Dazheng Capital did not respond to requests for comment.
