[Runxin Technology: Plans to acquire part of Atmosic's shares and add smart sensors] Securities Times e Company News, Runxin Technology (300493) announced on the evening of May 16 that in order to increase the company's R & D and industrial investment in the fields of smart sensors and ultra-low-power wireless chips, the company's wholly-owned grandson, SingaporeFortune Communication Pte.Ltd. (referred to as the "Buyer") plans to invest US$5.6436 million to acquire the shares of Attractive Technologies held by Grade Horizon Investment Limited (referred to as the "Seller") controlled by Lang Xiaogang, the actual controller of the companynftfreegamesplaytoearn,Inc. (referred to as "Atmosic") 1,688,087 preferred shares (accounting for 1.54% of Atmosic's current shares on a fully diluted basis). In addition, the corresponding preferred stock options issued by Atmosic Company to the seller on August 24, 2023 will also be transferred to the buyer along with the transfer of the aforementioned preferred shares.
