Buffett said that Charlie and I have actually missed a lot of opportunities. What we really regret may be that we have missed some very large investment opportunities, but we understand these opportunities. When we miss out on investment opportunities in some industries we don't understand, we don't feel sorry at all.

He said, I won't think about whether it is much similar to 1999. I'm not good at this myself. It's true that there have been too many drastic changes from 1999 to now. I remember that in 2008 and 2009, there may not be much difference between 2015 and 1987. I don't think I can find someone to invest every day.
